- Mouthguard (not white or clear)
- Lacrosse goggles
- Stick (Women's lacrosse sanctioned)
- Cleats
- Black athletic shorts (no denim or shorty shorts)

Note: This is not a Seneca Valley School District sponsored sport for Elementary and Middle School, therefore no SV pay to play fee, drug or concussion testing is required.
